Hi guys..i just want to share something that i've read from my favorite photographer Sarah Ulrich.She always inspiring me with her unique and lovely photos. U can view her great photos here www.uniquelyyouphoto.com

One of the many inspiring speakers I was able to catch was Tamara Lackey. Among other things, Tamara talked about the importance of capturing families….this resonated with me. MY family is the most important thing to me and I bet YOUR family is the most important thing to you, but yet many photographers shy away from photographing families (because hey, let’s face it, it can be a bit chaotic!) and many mothers shy away from having images taken with their children because of personal insecurities or physical hang-ups. “I need to lose 10 more pounds.”….”I have nothing to wear.”….”I’m not photogenic.” Sound familiar? I know it does…I’ve heard it all before, and I’m guilty of saying the same things myself….BUT…you know what….(well, besides the fact I can “fix” muffin tops a bit and give you a little digital botox if you insist)…heheheee….
Your kids don’t care! Let me say it again, YOUR KIDS DON’T CARE! Trust me, they really don’t. How many times have your kids looked at images and said “Gee mom, you have a huge butt in that photo?” or “Wow, look at your muffin top!”…chances are, not too many. Kids are most happy and most comfortable when surrounded by their parents, so why not embrace it? It’s great to have images of just your children, but when you pass your photographs down to your children later on wouldn’t you rather have them remember you? The close bond your family shares? The way your family just fits together? I know I would. I don’t want my kids to wonder where mom was when all the photos were taken.
And that is my goal for 2010…to capture more families. REAL families. Not just families sitting perfectly in the grass smiling for the camera…but REAL families…interacting, laughing, embracing, heck, maybe even dancing…H A P P Y…REAL families. I like to think of it as perfectly imperfect, because that’s what families are…perfectly imperfect. Now don’t worry, we’ll grab a few of everyone looking at the camera too, but let’s face it…that’s not REAL…it’s pretty, and nice, but how often does that actually happen? If your family is like mine, not too darn often!
So…this is your fair warning! Don’t be surprised if I tell you to jump in some images with your kids…or (gasp!) your spouse…and don’t tell me you don’t want to because you look fat…because remember, this isn’t about YOU, it’s about YOUR KIDS (and ahem…I’m the boss)!
AND…because I’m making you all do it…*I* will do it to! So…to those photographers reading this….who wants to photograph my family?? Haha! Warning: I might have a muffin top and I’m not photogenic BUT my kids and husband are pretty darn cute, and gosh darn it, I want photos with *me* in them! LOL

Hmm dah dekat nak raya dah...lama betul tak update.Bulan2 posa ni rehat2..takde fotoshoot.Saya sibuk buat kuih raya hehehe...

takde pun amik gambar..even gamba anak..but malam 15 Ramadhan..tergerak lak hati nak amik gambar bulan penuh..and nak try saya pun new lense..hihihi..hmm not bad gak..even sakit leher dok pegang camera.

Di kesempatan ini saya ingin mengucapkan Selamat Berpuasa..dan Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri yg akan menjelma tak lama lagi.tahun ni saya beraya di Pendang..Jom la dtg umah hari raya nanti yerr....

Waktu ni dah pukul 7 lebih sebenarnya..dah nak masuk waktu magrib dah tapi matahari mmg tgh org kata 'golden hour'..eceh kunun nak gak le try dptkan gambar2 silhouette dan warm.Tapi rasanyer kurang menjadi..takpe len kali bley cuba lagi.. Ini bukan saya yer..ni anak kakak saya..anak menakan saya la kiranya..dah besar pun..lagi besar dr mak menakan hahaha..nadia jgn marah noo..tu la aku tgk hang dah supa mak org dah. Anak2 menakan saya..tu yg boy tu jgn tak caya..masa lahir..berat dia 5.1kg tau..tapi bila dah besar size dia biasa je,idak le mcm giant ke apa heheheh.. Haziq with my nephew..there's something sad about this boy..he'd never met his own father since born.My late brother passed away at very young age,26.And his wife was 7 months pregnant.Tough boy.He's my brother legacy.

Haa citer kampung..ni durian belakang umah parents saya..bertuahkan keliling umah saya da 10 pokok durian,3 manggis,2 dokong dan rambutan..dan beberapa tanaman kontan yg lain..Tapi malangnyer saya tak makan durian.huii malang ke?takpe la org kata say ilang nikmat dunia.Tapi ntah le hidung n tekak ni mmg takleh terima biar pun dah di cuba..bley demam weii.

Tapi anak dara saya ni suka durian.Mcm abah dia laa..tgk bley plak dia cium2.kalo saya..huhuhu..bley pengsan.

Gambar2 ni semua adalah disekitar umah parents saya..ala tepi2 umah jer..dah supa hutan dah..bnyk sgt pokok2..siap ada dangau tempat tunggu durian lagi.Time ni balik cuma durian je yg gugur..lain2 buah belom masak lagi.Tunggu next trip balik kg la baru bley mkn.

Alaa kita org pi PD jer pun.Sorry la amik masa yg lama nak upload..soryy yer kalo semua tertunggu ( yolahh ko..mcm ler ramai menunggu huahuaua)..Seperti biasa bnyk nyer gambar anak dara i lahhh.Kita org ni pi beramai2 dgn kengkawan husband saya.Ala pi pu sehari semlm jer..mandi pun tak puas..tapi kulit tetap gak terbakar.Kalo Zahra takat burn skit jer..tapi kalo saya dgn Haziq..mak aiii rentung.Tapi takkper...Haziq ckp...dark brown skit jerr mama.Hahaha pandai betul buat ayat penyedap ati.

Sekali tgk baby ni mcm baby yg berumur 3 or 4 bulan kan? yg sebenarnya baby Hakimi ni baru jer umur 50 hari.Masa saya shoot gambar dia.mata dia tak lepas2 pandang camera.Even vision baby yg baru lahir ni limited pd jarak 24 inches saja..tapi saya pasti camera hitam saya tu menarik minat Hakimi.Saya tertanya2 gak apa yg dia nampak.Thank u so much Mr.Google..for this.I've found this site Tiny eyes.com dan tahu lah mcm ni la rupa camera saya pada pandangan Hakimi.Walaupun itu yg hakimi nampak..Hakimi very good boy..sepanjang saya shoot gambarnya takde pun dia menangis.Mmg sekejap je shoot tapi hasilnya sungguh memuaskan hati saya.

Tgk laa betapa strong n clever nya hakimi ni..bila put on tummy dia boleh angkat kepala pandang ke camera! Ini semestinya kerana hakimi just minum 'the wonder milk'

kalau sebut Sentul..sure org terbayang stesen ktm kan?Tak pun terbayang kawasan setinggan..ye tak?...tapi ramai yg tak tau Sentul ni ada banyak tempat yg menarik..dan kalu buat photoshoot mmg cantik.So berbangga sebagai warga Sentul (saya lahir kat Pendang,Kedah yer,menetap je di Sentul)..entry ni saya letak photoshoot Haziq & Zahra..anak2 kelahiran Sentul.Zahra akan ckp kampung dia kat Sentul,tapi jgn tanya Haziq..nanti dia jawab dia lahir kat Australia. (budak ni mmg perasan dia autralian..ntah mai mana ntah)

Hmmm mmg susah nak shoot gambar kids ni terutama yg jenis tak duduk diam.But what ever they do..semua nyer nampak cute jer.Like my kids laa..mmg susah sgt nak nak amik gambar derang tapi sesekali derang buat silly action dan shoot..mmg nak tergelak sgt tgk hasil nyer.

Jasmin & Balqis,they're cousin.The location is non other than my hometown,Pendang the metropolis.:P Who will believe if i say all the pretty flowers are only 'bunga lalang' yg hidup subur tepi bendang.Mcm kat oversea kan? huahuahua..perasan! yg sebenarnya saya pun first time jumpa lalang yg berbunga cantik mcm tu.If the colour is purple surely looks like a lavender field..(uii...lagu mana rupa lavender field tu pun tak penah jejak..hahaha..belasah je la.janji bahagia)

Huhuhu..u can call me Yuzie.Everybody calling me this name..since i was born..untill now.But sometime ada gak org2 yg baru kenal..panggile Mas..hiiii tak sesuai betoi.mcm Kat opis ni lah..dah braper kali ckp..panggey gua Yuzie..still nak gak sebut Mas tu..Huh lantak pi kat hampa la.
eh berbalik citer asal.I'm mother of 2 kids.5yo and 3yo ( kira genapkan tahun je lah senang..maleh nak tulis bln). 31 years old but still young at heart n face.heheheI really love something that related to arts..( tak termasuk seni pentas yer...)

Actually ..ni ada lah blog kedua saya.Blog pertama..n masih aktif sampai skang cuma citer2 pasal anak jer.This blog just dedicate utk taruk gambar jer.So since it is a fotoblog..should be more picture and less word.

Hello there..i'm Yuzie.A momma of 2 kids.Currently work as 'kuliketif' at the biggest TelCo in Malaysia.Also a part time photographer.
Lain2 keje jugak saya buat..cooking,baking,sewing,housekeeping, teaching (for my kids only maa..)and last but not least..is shopping.The least only the money.muehehehe..

I see something in people. I see something in families. It is the same something that I want to capture in my own family, in my own children. I strive to capture it for you too.

Because families are my life, (yours AND mine), I book a limited number of shoots each month.
